Kill them with kindness

We all must have heard about this golden rule. Just imagine how good it would be, if we all would implement it in our lives too, apart from knowing it. It did not occur to us, simply because we only heard this rule so far and never took it to our hearts.

Unfortunately, in the present-day world, kindness is perceived as a sign of under confidence or even worse, that of weakness. In this day and age, if going overboard about being kind is something that’s just not our cup of tea, we must understand that a little kindness can still go a long way.

In fact, the recent researches have stated that when you are kind to the others, it doesn’t only make them happy but it makes you happy too. This is because it actually feels good to be nice and help others. There is a biological reason behind it: each time you perform an act of kindness, your brain produces ‘positive thinking’ and ‘feel good’ chemicals such as dopamine and endorphins. It is because of these that when you perform an act of kindness you feel happy on physical as well as chemical levels.

You will also realise that when you start being kind to others, they begin to like you more, which is because of the phenomenon of the universal law of attraction. According to it, giving is the secret to getting ahead in your life. Many great personalities accredit their success to being kind and helping others when they need it. So being nice is not just good for the others but it is even more rewarding for you.

hey need it. So being nice is not just good for the others but it is even more rewarding for you.
